Introducing the Wallet PnL API Combo: Track Realized & Unrealized Gains on Solana

At Birdeye Data Services, we’re making wallet analytics more transparent and accessible with the launch of our new Wallet PnL API combo on Solana.

These APIs make it easy to query profit and loss (PnL) data for any Solana wallet — including trade counts, token quantities, cashflows, and both realized and unrealized PnL. This combo includes: Wallet PnL per Token and Wallet PnL per Wallet.

What You Get from Wallet PnL

The Wallet PnL API combo goes beyond balances and snapshots. It returns detailed performance data that paints the full picture of a wallet’s trading activity, including:

  • Trade count: Total number of buy and sell transactions per token
  • Quantity: Token amounts bought, held or sold
  • Cashflow: Net inflows and outflows in USD
  • PnL: Realized and unrealized gains or losses, in both USD value and %
  • Pricing: Token prices at trade execution and current market price

PnL per Token and per Wallet

The Wallet PnL API Combo gives you two powerful ways to analyze performance — by tokens inside a wallet, or by wallets holding a token.

With these two endpoints, you can go both deep (token-level detail inside one wallet) and wide (wallet-level comparisons for one token) — giving you full flexibility for performance analytics.

Why It Matters

PnL is one of the most requested metrics from developers building dashboards, portfolio trackers, whale trackers, and trading tools. Until now, calculating it meant stitching together trades, prices, and balances manually — a time-consuming process prone to errors.

With Wallet PnL, Birdeye does the heavy lifting. You get ready-to-use, structured PnL data, so you can focus on delivering the insights your users actually care about: who’s profitable, which tokens are driving gains or losses, and how strategies are performing in real terms.

Start Building Today

The Wallet PnL API is now live on BDS. Combine it with our Net Worth and Wallet Token Balance APIs to deliver the most complete wallet intelligence available on Solana.
