Wallet PnL Details: Full Profit and Loss Breakdown for Solana Wallets

As on-chain trading activity grows, developers need more granular and reliable ways to evaluate wallet performance. After releasing the Wallet PnL Summary API, which provides a high-level view of profitability across an entire wallet, Birdeye Data Services is expanding the suite with a deeper analytics tool: Wallet PnL Details.

This new endpoint returns the full PnL summary of any Solana wallet along with detailed profit and loss metrics for up to 100 individual tokens. It is ideal for dashboards, portfolio analytics, trader profiles, and research tools that require visibility beyond aggregate statistics.

What Wallet PnL Details Provides

Wallet PnL Details builds on the summary API by including a richer view of how each token contributes to the wallet’s overall performance. For every token included, developers can retrieve:

  • Realized and unrealized PnL
  • Total cashflow
  • Buy and sell quantity
  • Last trade timestamp
  • Trade count and activity indicators

The endpoint returns both the top-level PnL summary and the token-by-token breakdown in a single call, giving developers a complete performance picture with minimal processing.

Flexible Sorting and Filtering

To support analytics workflows, Wallet PnL Details includes customization options:

  • Sort results by last_trade to surface the most recently active tokens
  • Optionally filter the response by token mint address to focus on specific assets

These features help developers quickly identify active positions, dormant holdings, or tokens driving the majority of performance.

How It Complements the PnL API Suite

The new Wallet PnL Details API replaces the now deprecated Wallet PnL (Per Token). With this release, Birdeye’s PnL toolkit now includes:

Together, these APIs give developers the flexibility to evaluate trading performance at any scale, from individual positions to entire wallets.

Start Building

Using Wallet PnL Details is simple. Send a POST request to /wallet/v2/pnl/details with a Solana wallet address. The response includes the overall summary plus detailed metrics for up to 100 tokens, ready for display in dashboards or further analysis.
